We deliver our goods worldwide.
A fee is charged for the delivery depending on the weight of the goods. This will be expressly stated in our price information of the respective product before the order process is completed.

Duration of order processing |
Our regular processing time is 10 working days.
We kindly ask every customer for patience: Your products are hand-packed and checked. Since we have many components, we ask for your understanding in the event of delays. We always do our best.

Local pickup |
You have the option to pick up your order on site at our studio in Berlin Kreuzberg. We will send you an email when your order is ready for collection. We will then arrange a pick-up date within a defined time window. As we are not a shop but the goods are collected in our studio, we cannot offer regular opening hours. We always request an appointment in advance. |
