Our Story & Design Ambition

Result Objects is a design label based in Berlin. We design products with high standards of production, functionality and aesthetics. Our production takes place mainly in Germany and partly in Poland. It is important to us to have furniture and objects manufactured under fair and sustainable conditions. We constantly strive to optimise processes and production so that we can offer high-quality products at fair prices.

Our Story

Maximilian Schmahl founded Result Objects 2016 with the SPRING coatrack system. Through increasing project work with interior designers and architects, the portfolio was complemented by the product family SOLID, which also impresses with objectivity and modularity. Both product families can be made in individual colors, lengths and types of wood.

Maximilian Schmahl studied at the Bauhaus University Weimar and designs since 2013 for various international companies such as Alessi, Offecct, Nomess Copenhagen, Ligne Roset and Skagerak. His designs are characterized by clear lines with surprising and functional details. For Maximilian Schmahl, it is important for his designs to blend in with the architecture and living spaces in a natural way, but also to communicate with people.

Maximilian Schmahl is a part of the design collective schmahl + schnippering.

Since 2019, graphic designer Christine Lange is a corporate partner and responsible for the brand management such as art direction of Result Objects.

On our Design

A clear design language, self-evident effect and modularity of the products are decisive.

Minimalism is not just an aesthetic concept, but primarily means using materials and manufacturing processes that are reduced to their essentials. A timeless design has a long living. Therefore it has a sustainable approach.

The production takes place in cooperation with carpenters, metalworkers and wire bending manufacturers mainly in Germany and Poland.

More about our Design Approach and Production

Maximilian Schmahl

was born 1983 and raised in Munich. After graduating from Bauhaus-University Weimar in 2013 he started his own studio in Berlin, working in different fields of furniture and interior design.

»For me, good design means working on a product with great concentration and finding different solutions with different materials through trial and error and comparison. Design shouldn't take itself too seriously, but should first and foremost benefit people.«
