Product questions

The main difference is an aesthetic. SPRING coat rack is bent from steel wire and the rod is held by the spring tension mechanism. SOLID coat rack is cut from 4mm flat steel and the rod is fixed from behind by a spring bolt screw.

SPRING coat rack has a depth of 25cm and SOLID coat rack has a depth of 29cm.

Due to its low depth of 12cm, SOLID hallway is perfect for the corridor or narrow spaces. If you mainly want to use clothes hangers, you should go for the coatrack version.

Yes, it is possible to order a custom length. However, the delivery time will be longer as we try to collect the orders for our turner. Just contact us and we can make you an individual offer.

All coat rails of the SOLID and SPRING series hold approx. 15 kg per metre. The more brackets are used, the more weight can be supported.

We supply a set of dowels and screws with each product. However, if you have special wall conditions, please consult your specialist shop for advice.

If you have purchased a coatrack from us, we offer you the option of ordering a different rod length from us. Simply go to the "Spare parts and supplements" section and select your desired product. If you do not find what you are looking for or have a question, we will be happy to assist you: Contact us here.

If you have already bought a coat rack from us, you are welcome to order an extra holder or a new set if the old one is lost or damaged or you just need more support on the wall. Simply go to the "Spare parts and supplements" section and select your desired product.

If you only want to buy brackets only you need to know that they are part of our products and do not fit on common poles.
